BIG FROGGY 101 WEDDING OFFICIAL RULES
1. Eligibility and Limitations:
No purchase necessary for participation. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries.
Participants must be 18 or older at the time of entry.
Contest is open to Pennsylvania residents only who hold a valid article of state identification.
Only one winner or qualifier per family or household throughout the duration of this contest.
Employees of Seven Mountains Media, its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are ineligible to enter/win a contest. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
The decision of Seven Mountains Media regarding participants and winners is absolutely final.

2. Dates & Duration:
Contest will begin on May 5, 2025 and continue through June 6, 2025.
3. Location:
Big Froggy 101 Wedding is to be played on Big Froggy 101 and can be entered on the Big Froggy 101 website ONLY at BIGFROGGY101.COM.

4. Indemnification:
All participants will be considered contestants of the Big Froggy 101 Wedding and will absolve Seven Mountains Media, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives of any liability, financial or otherwise arising from participation in Big Froggy 101 Wedding promotional contest.

5. Value/Prize(s):
The prize that may be awarded to the eligible winning couple is not transferable, exchangeable for any other prize or cash and is legally not available for resale. Big Froggy 101 Wedding to include: Rings up to $2,500.00 in value, Wedding Venue, Catering, Cake, Entertainment, Photographer, Videographer and other additional prizes may be added at any time. Application of Marriage License is the sole responsibility of the winning couple. Winners must sign a release and may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID prior to receiving their prize. Seven Mountains Media is not responsible for the failure or tardiness of invitations delivered via US Postal Service. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize.

6. Publicity:
By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant Seven Mountains Media exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in any Seven Mountains Media contest, participants agree that Seven Mountains Media may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

7. Conduct, Decisions and How to Play:
Contest will begin on May 5, 2025 and run through June 6, 2025.
Listeners will be encouraged to go to the Big Froggy 101 Website, BIGFROGGY101.COM, to register and submit their Froggily Ever After Story and photo (photo cannot be inappropriate, contain children or be dark) beginning Monday, May 5, 2025 at 8:00 AM until Sunday, May 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
Entrant couples must be available on Friday, August 8, 2025 and Saturday, August 9, 2025, dates are not negotiable. Couples that are not available on the dates specified above will automatically be eliminated from the contest.
There will be Three (3) Listener Voting Rounds.
The First Listener Voting Round will begin Monday, May 19, 2025 at 8:00 AM and end Friday, May 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM. The couples with the most votes in the top twenty-five percent (25%) will move on to the Second Listener Voting Round.
The Second Listener Voting Round will begin Monday, May 26, 2025 at 8:00 AM and end Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM. The top five (5) couples with the most votes will advance to the Final Listener Voting Round.
The Final Listener Voting Round will begin Monday, June 2, 2025 at 8:00 AM and end Friday, June 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
The couple that has the most votes in the Final Listener Voting Round will be contacted on Monday, June 9, 2025 and will win the Big Froggy 101 Wedding.
The Big Froggy 101 Wedding will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Greenland’s Lodge, 3462 Birmingham Pike, Alexandria, PA 16611.
Winning couple will be responsible for all local, state and federal taxes where applicable.
Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited.
Seven Mountains Media will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest.
Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any digital fraud will be grounds for immediate disqualification and the decision of the station is final.
All decisions made by Seven Mountains Media are final.

8. Changes or Modifications:
Changes or modifications to contest rules may be enacted at any time and will be displayed at the Big Froggy 101 website, BIGFROGGY101.COM, prior to becoming effective.
